Blue Lotus yoga bolsters are different from standard yoga bolsters. They are handmade with all natural cotton batting and kapok. No foam is used at all. This is a natural fiber bolster that provides a softer surface while maintaining support and comfort. They are constructed with medium weight cotton canvas and are stitched with nylon thread for strength.
