Gorgeous unused vintage clutch bag - that has little loops tucked inside to attach a handle, if you'd like to.
It's made of very pretty woven floral fabric (like the embroidered 1920s purses ), has a fabric inside with a little pocket, and its original stuffing. It also still has its original label. 
It's 20cm wide and 15cm tall.
And the only problem is that its lost one of the clips to close it (see last picture)
But if you add a chain it would make a lovely little handbag, ...who closes them anyway !
